Estes Park Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Taxes included in rates - no cleaning fee on 6 or 7 night bookings. $50-$75 cleaning on 2-5 nights
- Peak Season: (Memorial Day Weekend - September 30 + Holidays).
- Weekly rate: $2000/week for up to 8 people (no cleaning fee required).
- 3-6 nights: $285/night for up to 8 people.(3 night minimum)
- Additional person $25/night (10 people max)

- 50% deposit required to reserve cabin
- $300 refundable damage deposit required

- There are three bedrooms with queen beds. An upstairs bedroom with twin beds. A loft with twin beds. A sofa bed in the living room. These are arranged in three areas: 1. The master suite has a queen size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a hot air massage tub, walk-in shower, heated floors, electric fireplace, and flat screen TV (all guests can take turns using this), and a private balcony that looks out to the woods. 2. The second area is comprised of a main floor bedroom with queen size bed, its own bathroom, and a staircase to an upper bedroom that has two single beds. 3. The third area is upstairs on the other side of the house. It is comprised of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with two single beds. This area uses the central bathroom downstairs.
