- There is a $250.00 security deposit for each property that will be refunded is the home is returned clean and no damage. All items on the cleaning check list must be completed 100% in order for the deposit to be refunded. All cleaning supplies are supplied to clean the home. If you decide you don't want to clean the home there is an additional $200.00 cleaning fee but you still must pick up after yourselves and not trash the home.
