Thiers Farmhouse Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $640/500€ per week
- Rental based on $640 or 500€ per week for two persons. Each additional person = $30/20€/night.
50% is due to reserve dates.
The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable $260 or 200€ security deposit against property damage is required upon arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable within one week after departure subject to there
being no breakages or other damage to the property.
-A cancellation charge of 50% is imposed if reservations are
canceled 2 weeks or less before arrival date.
