Folly Beach Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly summer rate: $1300.00 (includes cleaning, taxes, linens and towels)
- Fall, Winter, and Spring 3 night min. stay150.00 per night Mid-Sept to Mid-May. Higher rates for holidays. Please Inquire. Summer: Only wkly rentals-$1300.per wk.- weeks run Sat.to Sat (Mid-May-Mid-Sept.)50% dep. required to hold rental.
- Weekly summer rate: $1300.00 (includes cleaning, taxes, linens and towels)
A $500.00 security deposit is required on all weekly rentals and is refunded if no damage.
A non-refundable pet fee of $60.00.
Summer weeks run saturday to saturday beginning saturday, may 16, 2009
