The balcony stretches the width of the condo it can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the family room, it has a table and 4 chairs. Barbecue grills, and a great workout facility are adjacent to the pool. There is security at the entrance, covered parking, two tennis courts, and shuffleboard.

The Pelican Beach complex also offers a steam room and sauna, a baby pool, and an indoor/outdoor pool. A third pool with a waterfall and Jacuzzi overlook the beach. For that truly pampered feeling the Tiki bar serves drinks on a comfortable deck that overlooks the beach. You can have a sandwich made at “The Market.” Special kids activities are scheduled each day during the summer and a service called “Parents Night Out” is available for a fee by calling the front desk. Located near the Terrace there are stores of all kinds, restaurants, and family fun activities. Winn-Dixie and the new Super Target are within walking distance if you need to stock up.
