Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Reservations are confirmed if deposit is received within 7 days of request. Cancellations more than 60 days before check-in, deposit is returned. Cancellations LESS than 60 days, deposit is forfeited. Payment in full (rental fee plus tax) is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations Less than 30 days, forfeit full payment. Less than 60 days, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit for late arrivals or early departures. No cancellations due to weather.
