We do not rent the property for parties...reunions or similar situations.
We do not rent to students...only to responsible working adults.
Eight persons is the absolute maximum we take , including children....and eight total is the maximum persons allowed at one time at the property
Price and cleaning fee depends on dates and amount of people....so let us know if you will have additional overnight guest.
We do not have cribs...gates...childproof locks..gated pool/dock etc...so.. we do not take children under 12 years old.Please give us your childen ages to make sure that we can meet your needs. - We are fairly new at this site...but we have advertised for years
We have ocupational license (since 2002)...and will gladly send you a copy.

Boat capacity: We have an area of 40 feet dockage for your use.We usually atke only one boat per stay....unless you have two very small ones that can dock on that space. We do not take jet-skis or similar....but we welcome canoes and kayacks
