Upper Level Features: : Staircase leads up to a magnificent large loft family room with queen size sleeper sofa & matching loveseat. A wall of built-in shelves house TV (Direct TV), with plenty of games, movies, and toys etc. The second Master Bedroom Suite called the Captain's Quarters is located on this floor and features a 4 post queen size captain's bed, full brand new bath, TV Armoire (Direct TV) & another huge closet. An air conditioned Sun Room overlooks the intracoastal complete with card table, piano & full size sleeper sofa which leads outside to a 10 x 10 beautifully tiled deck with both an ocean view and intra coastal view. A second, even larger deck awaits our guests atop another staircase with absolutely breathtaking views of both the ocean & the intra--coastal waterway. A deck rail bar is located here for our guests and chaise lounges for sunbathing in paradise!

Lower Level Features: : Huge, Oversized 2 car garage with dual garage door openers plus a huge 23 foot wide by 62 foot long driveway! Plenty of room for RV's, boats, trailers or many cars or motorcycles. A Private outside shower is located nearby for convenience after frolicking on the beach & a basketball hoop adorns the side driveway for many games of hoops if you wish. Located indoors from the garage is the Fitness Room / weight room with equipment for working out and a beautiful half bath, a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer & laundry tub. There is another large closet & a staircase leading upstairs to the main level. All Four (4) of the bedrooms in the home are fully carpeted & the living areas including the lower level are all fully tiled. Upper loft area & living room have area rugs for comfort. All linens are new & color coordinated & clean. The entire home is pristine clean & absolutely perfect for any retreat, vacation or special occasion. This is truly a great place for big families!
