Greenwich Village Studio Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 Security Deposit Required. Refunded day of departure at check-out--less any wire transfer fees.
- An additional fee of $2/day plus a tax rate of 5.875% of the total rent will be assessed for New York State tax purposes. This daily rental rate including taxes is $200/day.
- A security deposit of $500 is required to confirm a booking. This deposit minus any bank wire transfer or currency conversion fees will be returned to you at check-out on the last day of your stay. This deposit is non-refundable if your trip is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
