- Upstairs lay out. At the top of the stairs is a large master bedroom, walk through to a hallway off of which are two large walk in closets, then a bathroom, at the end of the hallway on the left and right are two more bedrooms, bedroom two and bedroom four. Bedroom four has a twin bed and also a platform on which there is a double futon, the platform can also fit a child's futon ( which we have) next to the the double futon.
