* A $1500 no deductible accidental damage insurance policy for $49 will be added to the rental cost. More coverage is available upon request. - A $300 cleaning service will NOT be charged if cleaning list is satisfactorily completed.
Guest renting is responsible for cleaning fee for insufficient cleaning or lack thereof.
Guest renting will be responsible for damage exceeding $1500 or deemed non accidental by insurance provider.
