Our Classy condo: This is a very classy well furnished, clean, comfortable condo on the 11th floor overlooking the exciting Condado strip with a view of the ocean and the lagoon…It’s the best of both with the ocean during the day and the city lights at night . Very few walls- almost all windows and balcony!! Open the 20 feet of sliding doors and let the warm breeze blow through! Watch the fish jump in the lagoon and the clouds swirl around the mountains to the south and the sun and moon come up over the ocean to the east! Beach is 300 yards from the door. Shops, bars, night life all in walking distance It has all the amenities of home! It's fully air conditioned when needed but when you open the windows the tropical air flows right through keeping you refreshed and being on the 11th floor it's way above the mosquitoes so no screens necessary.

The area: Condado beach area is the upcoming modern tourist area of Puerto Rico with its high end stores (Gucci, Cartier.etc.) great restaurants, parks, beach side bars, shops and night life- it's the place to be in San Juan!! The beach is well maintained, sandy and very nice for swimming and sunbathing. Chair rentals are available and the high end hotels will serve you drinks and food. Police and security are always present making it safe and controlled. We have two Starbucks, an internet cafe, high end hair stylist, gyms, grocery stores and pharmacy and more.

Things to do: Joggers and walkers love to use this area to keep in shape. There is boating and kayaking in the big beautiful serene water of the lagoon. Scuba right of the beach nearby. Old San Juan with its quaint Spanish style homes and narrow cobblestone streets is a short bus or taxi ride or for the athletic nice walk! Many Casinos and romantic restaurants nearby.
