Check in time is 4 PM Check out time 12 PM - PAYMENT - A payment request will be sent to you via E-Mail on the day you book. A booking deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate plus tax is due at booking. A second payment request for the balance of the rental rate plus tax and security deposit will be sent to you via E-Mail 7 days prior to arrival and is due upon receipt. Once we receive your final payment you will be sent via E-Mail arrival information including a mapquest link to the cabin. Per the rental agreement the balance of the security deposit will be refunded to your credit card within 14 days of departure. . For your protection and convenience only VISA ,Master Card or Discover payment is accepted.
