*1 block from the Palace of Fine Arts. *1 block from the Exploritorium. *2 blocks from hip and trendy Chestnut Street - coffee shops, endless upscale restaurants and fantastic boutiques. *4 blocks from the beautiful Marina Green and Crissy Field. *4 blocks from the Bay. *Across the street from the bus to the Golden Gate Bridge. It is also a beautiful 30 minute walk back. *Across the street from the Presidio. *Endless number of parks within walking distance. *1 block from bus the bus stop to Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, Union Square and the Financial District.
Parking : Parking is not available in the building. Street parking is very easy in our area but is limited to 2 hours. It will require a temporary parking permit on weekdays to park in any one place for longer than 2 hours. Permits can be arranged in advance through us and cost approximately $30 for 2 weeks. There is also free street parking in the neighborhood on Saturdays and Sundays. Pets may be allowed in the summer months. Please inquire.
