The expansive covered decks wrap around the house and overlook the private pool to expand your living enjoyment to the outdoors. A fenced and private lushly landscaped one third acre yard and large pool allow for safe playtime for children or pets. Just a short walk to the beach!
The homes custom interior has the finest in furnishings and appliances with charming vintage heart of pine floors. TVs are in every room except bathrooms. The great room has a pioneer 50' plasma TV and comfy recliners for relaxing at the end of a day at the beach. A second family room with bath provides the same great comforts.
