Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

3rd person (adult): add $15/night

In the event when a holiday falls on Friday or Monday (long weekend), minimum 3 nights stay is required for reservation.
Holiday Weekend Rates (3 nights): $285
Weekend holiday rates apply to all holidays during the week.
Deposit is required (1/2 of the total price) or payment in full.
