- A $300 security deposit is due in order to hold the property. This is not a down payment and will be refunded to you within 48 hours of departure as long as there are no damages to the property. If the reservation is cancelled and we are not able to rebook the property for that time, the deposit will not be refunded.
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable at that time unless we are able to book your canceled dates.
Check in time 4:00p.m. Check out time - 11:00p.m. We always attempt to ready home as early as possible for arriving party and will allow for an early check in and late check out when possible.
Cleaning Fee - $75.00 for groups up to 6 and use of upstairs bedrooms only. $125 for groups up to 10. $7.50 per person per day over 10. Bedding & bath linens provided for number of guests stated only. $50 non-refundable charge for pet guests.

Great plush towels and bath mats are a necessity to any vacation and they are provided with this home. A more than ample amount of linens are provided to keep those loads of laundry to a minimum. You will be on vacation so get ready to relax and enjoy! Bath #2 is located in basement and features a full shower, vanity and toilet.

- Nice master with plenty of closet space, cable tv, dvd player and a great bed! Second bedroom is a bit smaller but with similar amenities as Master. Third bedroom is a small 'sunroom' on back of home featuring a full size bed with awesome view of lake, no closet but full chest & mirror (my personal favorite room). The basement is newly finished with full kitchen (including full size refrigerator, range and microwave), living room area with cable tv, dvd player, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Bedroom Four has a twin trundle bed with a small closet. Bedroom Five has a queen size bed with closet and view of the lake. There is a side exit door which leads to the lake.
