Rental Rates:
Summer Rates - April 15 through September 15 = $7,000 per month
Winter Rates - September 16 through April 14 = $9,000 per month*
* 44th Super Bowl - Week - Sunday, February 7, 2010 = $15,000
Additional cost: A $500 Security Deposit is required. Monies will be returned at day of departure inspection. $100 is the cleaning fee which will be charged for each week of the rental.
Deposit: A deposit in the amount of 20% of entire vacation rental dollar amount will be required to make a reservation. Balance to be received upon arrival. This deposit amount plus security deposit can be made via PayPal or check. - Methods of Payment: We accept PayPal, cash, money orders, and cashier's checks. No personal or corporate checks will be accepted.
Property policies - Reservations:
* Your deposit secures your reservation.
* Pricing and payment: Rates are listed above and are quoted in US Dollars.
* Cancel 14 days prior to arrival. You must cancel via booking
method.
* Forfeiture of deposit: When canceling within the last 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be 20% of the entire rental amount.
* A copy of photo ID and last 6 numbers of Social Security Number are required. A copy of your passport and and payment in full is required from all foreign visitors. At the end of your stay and a re-inspection, which certifies no damage, the above referenced security deposit will be collected less the cleaning fee and the remaining portion of your deposit will be refunded.
* Minimum stays and additional fees apply for special events & holidays.
