Description of Property: While vacationing in this villa, you will have all the comforts and conveniences of your own home, plus all the luxuries and amenities of a first class resort - the best of both worlds! Enjoy your own private pool or take advantage of the double Olympic size swimming pool, with an exciting water slide for kids of all ages. Have fun in your own game room or mingle with other guests at Windsor Hills game room, where you will find multiple game tables, both inside and outside the club house. Other amenities include a 48 seat movie theater, exercise room, on-site sundry shop and shuttle service to the theme parks (small fee required). For those of you who love to golf, Mystic Dunes Public Golf Club is just a stone throw away!
Rental Policy Notes: Absolutely No Smoking! Absolutely No Pets! Additional policies are noted in rental policy handbook in villa! 30% deposit required at time of booking. Pool heat $20 Us per night, $140 per week. Additional $500 security deposit required and fully refundable if no damage is done to property or furnishing(s) removed. All sales are final, however if you are unable to stay during purchased period due to an unexpected situation*, an alternate stay period can be arranged. *medical emergencies *loss of job *death in family
Rental Notes: We accept all (Visa/Master Card/Discover/American Express) major credit cards! Pool heat $20 US per night, $140 per week. If stay is less than 5 nights an additional $145 will be assessed to rate for housekeeping service(waived for stay greater than 5 nights).
