Holiday Towers Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates do NOT include $100 linen/departure cleaning fee.
- Additional refundable $175 security/damage deposit required - refundable at end of reservation time. Winter (monthly)rentals requires $300 security/damage deposit.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
2013 RATES
Jan 1 thru April 26 - $760 per week
(*Exception - March 24 thru April 6 - $885 per week)
April 27 thru Aug 16 - $1125 per week
Aug 17 thru Sept 6 - $925 per week
Sept 7 thru Dec 20 - $760 per week
Dec 21 thru Jan 3, 2014 - $885 per week
All weekly rentals require $100 linen/departure cleaning fee and $175 security/damage deposit.
NOTE: The security/damage deposit is refundable after rental period once keys are returned and normal usage.
Rates are available monthly for winter months only - monthly rentals require $300 security/damage deposit and $100 cleaning fee.
AGE LIMIT: Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Failure to comply will result in loss of reservation. Sorry, but we do not rent to high school/college groups. Eviction and no refunds will be given if we find such groups using our unit. We are basically a family oriented complex. Your adherence is appreciated.
