Visit the historical and charming town of Apalachicola for shopping or great seafood dishes. A five minute drive brings you to the world renowned beaches of Cape San Blas, where you can horseback ride along the beach or visit St Joseph Peninsula Park, voted top beach of 2002. A short distance away is St Vincent's Island, a wildlife refuge where you can picnic, bicycle ride or go shelling amongst this nature preserve.
