Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

I will give a discount on all rentals if unit is not rented 30 days before arrival

Early Fall $155 p/night $10 extra/Fri. and Sat. for stays less than 6 nights
Fall $140 per night $10 extra/Fri. and Sat. for stays less than 6 nights
Winter $112 per night $10 extra/Fri. and Sat. for stays less than 6 nights
Plus 11% tax ,$100 Clean-up and $20 for parking (up to 2 permits same price) - These are everything rates, Cleanup, Parking, Registration Fees & Taxes (11%).
