Downstairs has a large living area, Gourmet Kitchen, concrete counter tops including 2 Thermadore dishwashers, 2 Viking refrigerators, 48 inch Thermadore gas cook top, wine cooler, bar with ice machine, warming drawer, washer dryer, 50 inch Sony Plasma TV above Fireplace, surround Sound Stereo, screen porch with Swing, 12 foot wood beam ceilings, work desk with wireless Internet, large Master with King bed, two headed shower, Jacuzzi, and an outside shower. Upstairs has two large masters with King beds in each, baths with shower, tub and 2 sinks, one has private den off of room with twin bed, another guest room with King and twin bed in loft, Kids bunk room with 2 full bunks and televisions in bunks, separate Stereo for the kids, washer and dryer room, large playroom with pull down king size Murphy bed with full Kitchen and 2 twin beds in loft, bathroom, and another set of washer and dryers. Pool table.Large Plasma TV/Stereo.
The tower has a nice office with Desk, bar, plasma TV, wireless Internet, refrigerator and ice maker, nice deck with speakers for viewing Cerulean Park and Watercolor. If home not available ask about our large Rental Houses great for family gatherings at Grayton Beach one mile to the west(100 yards from Red Bar) which are available year round and our others of various sizes.Many with pools,lake front with docks, Gulf views, and perfect for your family vacation. 2 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms all in Grayton Beach.(Voted best beach in America when they started ranking beaches back in 1990.
