At check in time a $100(cash)key, sand and damage deposit is required for shorter stays and $250(cash) required for monthly stays.
We do not believe in guests paying in full in advance for any period of stay. Normally a credit card that isn't charged will guarantee a condo on a shorter stay. An advance deposit from $250-$500(personal checks OK) is required for monthly stays.
