Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you should have to cancel your reservation, either entirely or partially, please bear in mind that you should notify us 2 months prior to rental date in order for your deposit to be returned in full (minus any service charges made by Paypal or the bank if by wire transfer). If notice of cancellation is received after 2 months prior to rental date 50% of rental fee or deposit will be forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received 1 month or less to the rental date the entire rental cost will be retained. Reservations made 15 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. We encourage you to use Rental Protection Plans offered by various insurance companies to protect your deposits.
