Luray Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates based on 2 adults ~ $25/night extra per person. $25/pet. Credit cards accepted.
- $450 plus tax, for 2 night weekend ~ (or for first 2 nights of longer stay.) ~ for 2 guests.
2 night rates: 4 guests/$550. 6 guests/$650. 8 guests/$750. Rates plus tax ~ 10% Lodging Tax.
Linens: sheets & towels; firewood, paper products, soap & many other supplies included.
2 night minimum stay ~ 3 night minimum stay holiday weekends ~
Additional charges: $25/ night per person ~ $25/pet fee per night ~ $175/additional nights ~
Peak Weekly Rate $1195/week 2 adults & up to $1595 for 6 adults ~
50% deposit to make Reservation. Credit Cards accepted: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER,
Balance due 2 weeks prior to stay. Rental Contract ~ signiture required by all guests.
2 week cancellation policy w/ 20% cancellation fee. You may want to consider purchacing Travel Insurance.

- We start you off with basic supplies, & there is a cabinet full of towels in each bathroom, however, you may need to bring additional supplies for your stay, especially longer stays or larger groups. We replace some new linens every year, including: towels, sheets, blankets, & comforters. ~ The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible, although other rooms in Knotty Pine are. Someone who has partial mobility may be able to pivit from a wheelchair into the bathroom, but I am sorry, they are not handicap accessble. A shower chair can be used in the tub/shower in the hall bath. Call me to details.

- Master bedroom has comfy pillow top king size bed. Living room has 2 couches ~1 a futon-sleeps 2. All New Blinds..with just a touch- have more privacy, or a beautiful view of mountains! New comforters, sheets & towels purchased this summer & fall for the Knotty Pine. Linens are included with your rental at no extra charge. We also offer 'His & Her' light & dark blue plush robes for your comfort when hot tubing! Directv-Xtra Choice Pkg. w/ 3 signals- can watch 3 diff. things on 3 TV's @ same time.) Living rm. 32' LCD TV w/DVR, DVD & sm. movie lib. Master bdrm, TV w/DVD. Corner bdrm w/ small flat screen TV. Blue bdrm w/ boombox for CD's, tapes, radio. All of the bedrooms & dining area have ceiling fans, & two air conditioners are built in to cool the whole cottage in the dog days of summer.
