Mission Beach House Details
One of the best features of the Sleek Retreat is the huge rooftop entertainment deck with Jacuzzi. There are chairs on the roof for sunbathing in the day. At night the Jacuzzi lights up with a fiber optic display complete with surround sound stereo. The unit has a large two car garage, plus there is plenty of extra parking in nearby lots.
A 12’ sliding glass opens the house to spectacular views of the Mission Bay. Friends and family rest on the sunken couch in the living room enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, a 20’ stainless steel “Fire on Ice” display. Multiple flat screen TV’s, DVD’s, and integrated stereo throughout the house provide premium home theater entertainment. The full kitchen is high end black granite. The sunken Roman Carrera white marble tub is 8 ft by 9 ft. There are 2 steam showers complete with 24 karat gold fixtures. Colorful stained glass above the tub acts like a skylight sending a gorgeous light display down into the bathroom throughout the day. The bedrooms have premium Stearns & Foster beds. The bedrooms, and throughout the house, is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure privacy at night, and allow for comfortable napping through the day. The roof deck is perfect for sunbathing in the day or warming up in the Jacuzzi at night. The Jacuzzi has fiber optic lighting & stereo built in.
