Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning may be charged on shorter stays. (less than 7 nights) Damage Key Deposit also required.
- Fully refundable deposit will be charged and returned no more than 2 weeks after departure. Prices are to give you an idea. Please call for Holiday and Special Event rates as they will be different from our normal rates. We may also be able to offer a lesser stay in some cases. Always call to check. Thanks Sharon
Taxes, fees, and policies: Florida taxes are 12.5%. A cleaning $250. There is a $500 Security fee charged which will be used for any misplaced keys, excess cleaning, excess laundry $10 per load and any property damage. The balance of the security deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure. We have a 60 to 90 day cancellation to be confirmed at time of reservation. We require a 50% deposit to be paid immediately once the reservation has been made. Once the 50% deposit has been paid, if you need to cancel, your Deposit will be refunded minus a one to three night cancel fee. Within 60 days of your arrival your 50% deposit becomes non refundable. - Hurricane Policy: Seaside Place cannot refund for inclement weather. In the unlikely event that a mandatory evacuation of Key West coincides with your confirmed stay, and you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be issued a credit for a future stay minus a one night stay amount. These credits are non-transferable and will be valid from June 1 - December 15, up to one year from the issue date. No credit will be issued for hurricanes which are not a threat to Key West, or if you are unable to travel because of canceled flights or adverse travel conditions outside of the Keys. We strongly suggest the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment! Many of our guests have signed up with Travel guard. There are many others on the internet and I suggest that you take a look and decide whether this is something that you, your family and friends might be interested in.
