- Half of the total rent price is due with signed contract to secure reservation. Remaining half PLUS $500 Security Deposit PLUS $120 Cleaning Fee Due two weeks prior to check-in date.
- Garage Loft (Queen bed, pullout couch, kitchen and bath with shower stall) $250/night.
Cancellation 90 days prior to check-in will incur no fee. After 90 days a $100 fee will be incurred for cancellation. After 60 days, deposit will be forfeited unless the dates can be rebooked to another renter.
