A security deposit of $150 is necessary and returned after house inspection; usually no longer than one week.
Reservations are accepted and confirmed with receipt of a deposit of 50% of booking amount + security deposit. Balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior.
Full refund if you cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to arrival date.
75% refund for cancellations 15-45 days prior to arrival date.
No refund for cancellations two weeks prior to arrival or less, or with early departure or after stay has been completed. - Our policy is to handle the keys personally at check-in, and the $160 cleaning fee (in cash) is also to be paid at check-in.
Maximum Occupancy - The maximum number of guests is limited to nine (9) persons. An additional charge of $50 per person per night for guests in addition to the quantity stipulated on the rental agreement will be assessed.
Infants (children under two years of age) are excluded from this additional charge.
Minimum Stay - This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. If a rental is taken for less than three days the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
Rates include a one-time linen and towel setup with housekeeper services available at an additional charge.
