Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our rate structure is the same all year. We do require at least a 2 night stay, but our daily rate is $1,400. So a 2 night weekend or weekday stay is $2,800. Currently we are now asking$3,900 for a 3 night stay, $4,900 for a 4 night stay, $5,900 for 5 nights, $6,900 for 6 nights, and the 7th night is FREE! So our week rate is $6,900.
All holiday weekends are a 3 night ($3,900) minimum stay except for the weeks of Christmas or New Year's which is $10,000 for a week or $18,000 for two holiday weeks.
New Hampshire requires a 9% tax that for a two night stay would be $252. We require a $775 security deposit, that is fully refundable as long as there is no damages and the Castle does not require extra cleaning. - $2,800 for 2 nights + $252 NH Tax = $3,052, $775 refundable deposit for a total of $3,827 prior to rental.
$3,900 for 3 nights + $351 NH Tax = $4,251, $775 refundable deposit for a total of $5,026 prior to rental.
$4,900 for 4 nights + $441 NH Tax = $5,341, $775 refundable deposit for a total of $6,116 prior to rental.
$5,900 for 5 nights + $531 NH Tax = $6,431, $775 refundable deposit for a total of $7,206 prior to rental.
$6,900 for 6 nights + $621 NH Tax = $7,521, $775 refundable deposit for a total of $8,296 prior to rental.

- The Master bedroom, is a beautiful room that is immense in size with 2 porches, a granite working fireplace and a built in high four poster bed. It is featured in the photos, and has an adjoining large master bathroom, and views of both Monadnock Mountain and the water. The Guest Bedroom and Master bedrooms have private baths and DirectTV receivers. The 2 other bedrooms have double beds with pullout couches, and a shared full bath. The first floor Library has a full size bed used for handicapped accessible, however, the bathroom on that floor is a 1/2 bath. The third floor ballroom has two futon couches, with a queen sized bed in a private playroom area, and a separate bedroom with a double bed and a pull out couch. Both areas share a full sized bath. These areas are still used by our large family when they are visiting, and were the original bedrooms for our children when they were growing up. We hope that you find them as comfortable as we do!

Notes:
The Castle is in the middle of the woods, and very private. The 500 acres includes an old farm, miles of trails and 18 PDGA pole hole disc(frisbee) golf course. The 50+ acre waterway is fed by several brooks and we provide a private beach for the castle, with chairs, kayaks, paddle boats, life preservers and beach toys. The beach is located directly in front of the home. The other beach is strictly for the residents only. Please use your designated beach.
We also provide $15 per golfer discount coupons to the highly acclaimed Shattuck Golf course in Jaffrey, NH located 15 minutes from the castle.
