- Our rate structure is very simple, and is the same all year. We do require at least a 2 night stay, but our daily rate is $1,250. So a 2 night weekend or weekday stay is $2,500. All holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum stay. Our week rate is $5,500. New Hampshire requires a 9% tax that for a two night stay would be $225. We require a $775 security deposit, that is fully refundable as long as there is no damages and the Castle does not require extra cleaning.
