Reservation and Damage Deposit: Damage Deposit equal to one night rent is required to hold your reservation. This deposit will be returned 2 weeks after check out, if there are no damages. Please note that the smell of smoke inside the house, or a police call, can result in the loss of deposit and/or eviction. Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors as people live in this neighborhood year round.
Rental Policy: Rent is due, in full, 2 weeks prior to check-in date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made after that will forfeit the deposit.
Other Activities: Schlitterbahn, tubing, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, shopping.
