Watch Hill Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- We are on a mini compound consisting of the main house and 2 cottages. Estate house & 2 cottages all together have 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Each unit sleeps 6.
The cottages can be rented separately. They don't have phones or a dishwasher, washer, dryer. Cottage B has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen, 2 twins and a pull out queen sofa in the living room, 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, and a deck. Cottage C has 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twins and a futon in the living room.
All come with a beach pass and cabana at the Carousel Beach. - Summer rental of house $3100 per wk.
House can be rented for fall or winter as well. Please inquire for details.
