- Deposit and Payment Policy: Reservations are confirmed if Reservation/Security Deposit is recieved within 14 days of request. This Deposit is refunded within 14 day of departure if all provisions in Rental Agreement are kept. An advance payment equal to 50% of the Total Rental Cost (Rental Fee + California Sales Tax + Cleaning Fee) is required 60 days prior to arrival date. The 50% balance of Total Rental Cost is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: A 60 day notice is required for all Cancellations. Cancellations MORE than 60 days before check-in, will incur no penalty and Deposit is refunded. For Cancellations Less than 60 days before check-in, Deposit and all payments towards Rental Cost is forfeited.
No credit is given for late arrivals or early departures. No cancellations due to Weather. - Payment by Personal Check is preferred. Visa, MasterCard, Discovery Card, American Express or Money Order are also accepted.
