Masthope Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

First 50% payment required to secure booking.
Second 50% due 30 days before required rental start date.
A refundable $300 damage deposit is required. This will be returned within 7 business days after check-out following a house inspection and confirmation that there there is no damage .
Renter Guest passes are required to make use of Masthope amenities of any kind. They are not included in the rental fee and are paid directly to the the Masthope Administrative office when picking up the passes. Names of all occupants must match the names send to owner.
Fees are outlined below:
1. Adminstration fee:
Based on # of nights of rental:
- up to 3 nights - $50.00
- 4 to 7 nights - $75.00
- 8 to 30 nights - $100.00.
Cleaning fee 95 - SEASONAL RENTAL RATES AVAILABLE FOR THE WINTER SEASON.
MINIMUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS OR ONE WEEK
