Black Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1200/week for June July and August, $1000/week off season.
- $300 security deposit to book home. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to booking date. Security deposit will be returned when home is left clean and no damage has occurred. $150 cleaning charge will be deducted from deposit if home needs to be cleaned. Renters will be responsible for damage.
Check in Saturday 4:00 PM and check out 10:00 AM following Saturday
