Low Season:Nov - July 1 except holidays: $250/nt/wkdays, $275/nt./wknd, $1,000/wk

Autumn weekend special: $500 for the weekend, $900 for the week
Monthly rental: $3000/month,
3 day Memorial Weekend special: $700 for 3 nights
2 night minimum unless special arrangements are made - $1000-$1200 per week
Memorial Day and July 4th and Labor Day weekend:3 day minimum

Woodstock House Details
You will have a wonderful time vacationing in this romantic Woodstock house overlooking the Sawkill Creek. The house has been newly renovated for your comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen has chrome appliances and granite countertop and all you need for preparing meals. There is a lovely bedroom upstairs with a sky light and its own private tiled bath with two sinks. Screened doors from the bedroom lead to a small private deck overlooking the Sawkill Creek. The downstairs bedroom has a private entrance and a full bath. There are sliding glass doors off the dining/living room leading to a deck overlooking the creek. Enjoy barbecuing on the deck. A washed/dryer is provided for you convenience.
Famed Woodstock is a few minutes down the road and is a haven for shops, galleries, and restaurants. Kingston is 10 minutes away and is also available for your convenience. The Woodstock Film Festival is held each Fall and is a movie lover's delight. Enjoy hiking in the Catskills and marveling at the Fall Foliage during the Autumn months. Discover hidden swimming holes during the summer or swim at nearby Wilson State Park. In the Winter, enjoy skiing at nearby ski areas such as Hunter Mountain, Belleayre and Ski Windham. In the Spring or Fall, try bicycling, rollerblading or walking by the beautiful Ashokan Reservoir,only 5 minutes away. Nearby Kaaterskill Falls is another breathtaking hiking spot. Climb to the top of Overlook Mountain in Woodstock and have a scenic view of the Catskills and Berkshire Mountain Ranges.You'll feel at home enjoying all the seasons.
