Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Two week minimum is requirement of the Condo Association
- Peak :
November 1st - 30th - $4,300 per month
December 1st - 31st - $4,700 per month
January 1st to 31st - $4,800 per month
February 1st - 28th - $4,900 per month
March 1st- 31st - $5,000 per month
April 1st - 30th - $4,800 per month
May 1st - 31st - $ 4,400 per month
Off peak:
June 1 - October 31 st - $ 4,000 per month or $2,200 per 2 wks. - Add 12% Florida tax to above rates. $500 Security Deposit. $95 cleaning fee. 50% due 60 days prior to arrival, balance due 15 days prior to arrival. CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 A.M. Note: Until confirmed, rates can change without notice.
