IMPORTANT NOTICES:
1)Maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 persons. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED by the unit owner and the association.
2)Multi week rentals are preferred and will be deemed as the favorable choice if two conflicting dates arise by separate renters.
3)We DO NOT do rentals on a 'per night' basis. One week minimum. If you want to rent for a weekend and pay the entire week rental amount then we can arrange that.
4)Sorry - Absolutely, no pets allowed of any kind or size due to pet allergies of the owner and other guests. - Payment and Cancellation Policy:
1. $500.00 reservation fee at time of booking (converts to damage deposit after unit is occupied) .
2. 50% of rental PLUS an $125.00 cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to the start of the rental period.
3. Entire balance due 21 days prior to rental start date
4. Any cancellation made from a time period of less than 60 days from the reservation start date will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit with the exception of rentals longer than a month. Rentals longer than a month require a 90 day notification of cancellation or the 50% deposit will be held by the owner.
5. Damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of the rental period to the renter if there are no damages to the property beyond normal wear & tear AND when the keys have been returned by renter to owner.
6. All rental rates are NOT inclusive of the state of Florida/ Volusia County Rental Tax fee. This tax must be added on to each total rental fee. The current tax rate is 12.5%.
