- The Master Bath is luxurious, with a glass enclosed rainfall shower, jacuzzi tub, and freestanding, two-sink modern vanity. There is also a TV with cable mounted to the wall, viewable from both the shower and jacuzzi. In addition, all lights are dimmable. The second full bath upstairs has an 'extended' shower curtain, allowing more room to shower. The third full bath has an elegant, raised bowl sink with modern faucet, and a nice shower stall. Finally there is an outdoor shower (with privacy) with both hot and cold water to shower off after the beach, etc.

- Master is extremely large with two rooms overlooking the harbor. The bath is brand new and gorgeous, with glass shower walls, rainfall head, jacuzzi, free-standing double vanity, and tile. The second upstairs bath has a rainfall head, extended shower curtain and vanity. The downstairs bath is a full bath with a shower stall, right off the den. Note: Home has a Rennai, instant hot water heater. You NEVER run out of hot water. There is also a ground-level shower (hot and cold) in the back to rinse off outside.

Ideal Vacation Home for Family and/or Friends: A perfect home overlooking the water for a gathering of family or friends. You'll love the great harbor views! This home was upgraded in 2009 with a brand new gourmet kitchen, new carpet, refinished hardwood floors, and completely repainted. Only a three-minute leisurely stroll to the beach!
Sleeps 8 Comfortably, with Major Amenities: Large sunny rooms and big airy kitchen overlooks main living area. 3 bedrooms plus den with pull-out bed (sleeps 2), 3 full baths. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water to clean up. Wireless hi-speed internet and computer with large flat-panel screen. Incredible stereo system with 8 pairs of built-in speakers in every main room and all bedrooms. Cable is provided (with 6 HBO channels). 50 inch HD TV in Living Room, 42 inch in Master, plus televisions in the Den and Master Bath too. Swimming, shelling, jet skiing, fishing, boating, tennis, golf are all available. Great for jogging and long walks on the beach. Bike rentals are readily available and there is a playground near by. Two world-class golf courses (Tom Fazio design) and outstanding tennis are available.
Dining and History: There is great dining on Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island (next door to IOP), Mount Pleasant (five minute drive), or downtown Charleston if you take a short 20 minute drive (some of the best restaurants in the country). Pizza and Chinese delivery are both available as well as Subway, Quiznos and other quick food places. A grocery store is right down the street. The marina store with essentials is a short 3 minute walk. History is everywhere, covering colonial, revolutionary war, civil war and more recent period sites.
