Additionally, there is a West facing deck with gas BBQ, & an attached double garage. New front loading washer / dryer for your exclusive use are located just off the kitchen. Wireless internet is available, and telephone calls within Canada are free. Extra large yard is pie shaped -back yard 100 feet wide, ringed by mature trees and flowering bushes. We are located a mile from the Calgary C-Train Canyon Meadows station, which gives you inexpensive access to the whole city !
