Telluride Condo Details
The assoc. spent $2.6mm on the exterior over the last year, (almost $70K was my share!) So, the place is nice and it's a terrific value. Covered parking, a hot-tub and a swimming pool (only 2 swimming pools in Telluride!) and only a 5 min walk to central business district! This condo is directly across from lift seven for easy access to in-town skiing and there is a town loop bus stop out the door for 2 min. ride to Main Street shopping and the FREE gondola. Buses every 10 minutes, or walk 5 mins on the river trail. Clark's Market is 100 yards to the north and the lift ticket office and ski lift are 100 yards to the south, right next to the indoor fitness center. Hiking trails are right out the door and FREE, covered parking is included as is the on premise swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ and more. Quiet and private, this is the best deal in town at this kind of price.
Other Activities: The best hiking trails in the western rockies right out the door. Walk 1800' vertical to the top of the ridge and take the FREE gondola back into town
