Poipu House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Above Rate for Party of 1, add $50 per night, per person for additional guests up to a max of 4
- GET tax of 4% and TAT Tax of 9.25% is charged, collected and passed on to the State of Hawaii as is required by law.
Fully refundable security deposit of $250.00 is required and will be refunded 14 days or less after check out provided there is no loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Discounts may apply for extended stays of 14 nights or more.
Minimum nights may be greater during the Holidays - Cancelations 90 days or more before your arrival date will be refunded in full less 25%
Cancelations 90 days or less before your arrival date will be refunded in full less 25% IF the property is able to be rebooked for these dates.
If the property is not able to be rebooked no refund will be given.
Owner may at owners discretion offer a credit towards a future stay if dates are available and rates are similar.
