Whitefield House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- School Vacation Weeks are $1,200 for the week. Please contact owner for availability of weekends during school vacation weeks as we prefer to rent for the whole week.
Holiday Weekends are $350/night with a 3 night minimum stay.
If you chose to pay online with PayPal or HomeAway an addtional fee of 4% applies.
This is our home and is rented only to responsible and respectful families or couples over the age of 25. Proof of age and a telephone conversation is required.
