Our goal is to keep this home as pleasurable as you see it now for all that come. NO PARTIES. - We thank you for looking at our beach vacation home and considering it as your vacation rental. We ask that you email with questions so we can easily accommodate your requests.
Guests are to provide own sheets, towels and paper products. There is a long driveway for parking.Please email with questions
Rentals are made simple with following process: Contract will be emailed. Deposit ½ and contract is mailed back to owner ****We can only hold your requested week for 3 days. If the contract is not received back to us within 3 days, the week is opened for other renters. The rest of payment is due 30 days before stay. Further details and Key information will be emailed one week before.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A sixty day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date will be refunded excluding cancellation fee of $250. Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Pl
