Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

All reservations require an initial booking deposit equal to 50% of the rental price, payable at time of booking. The rental balance plus a $200 refundable security deposit are due 15 days prior to check-in date, except for certain peak days/weeks (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter). For peak dates, the rental balance and security deposit must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out. - Summer - Cancellations: Initial booking deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
Winter - Cancellations: Initial booking deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 to 45 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Rental deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival date.
