Cedar Creek Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pets under 80 lbs permited. $20 per night per pet additional charge.
- RENT 5 CONTINUOUS NIGHTS, GET 6TH FREE!!
$200 Security Deposited to be sent within 2 days of reservation to secure date availability.
50% of the Rental fee will be due 60 days before the start of the stay.
The remaining Rent is due 30 days before rental commencement.
Security Deposit will returned within 14 days per rental contract stipulations.
3 Night Stay Minimum on Holiday weekends.
4 Night Stay Minimum for 4th of July Weekend 2011. - No groups over 8 without special permission. Additional Security Deposit and cleaning Fee will apply to groups over 8.
