Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Christmas/New Years Holidays, 2012- 2013
December 18- January 2, 2013 requires a minimum of 7 day stay and may include Christmas or New Years. Should you wish to stay over Christmas and New Year, you must reserve for at least 14 days.
Should you wish to stay over Christmas only, your stay must end by December 26, 2012 and be at least 7 days. Should you wish to stay over New Year your stay must begin no earlier that December 26, 2012 and must be at least 7 days. The cost for either 7 day stay is $2800.00 and additional days are $400.00.
Easter week $2100, up yo 6 guests - All rentals require a $250.00 security deposit
