Bellaire / Shanty Creek Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee waived for weekly stays. Weekend stays: 2 night minimum, unless otherwise stated. Last minute stays (booking during the same week as check-in) negotiable, based on availability. Signed rental agreement, proof of identification of renter and $200 fully refundable security deposit required to book reservation. Holiday rates are peak weekend rates, plus cleaning, for said holiday night(s), plus other nights of stay, regardless of weekend or weeknight, unless otherwise agree upon by renters and property owners.
Holiday Rates apply for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Martin Luther King Day. Last minute stays (booking week of check-in) are negotiable and require payment via PayPal Personal Transfer (unless owners and renters can complete the transaction in person locally). - We kindly remind guests that pets are not allowed in this unit. No groups of high school/college students under the age of 25 without legal guardian present as part of the travel group staying on premises.
