Brant Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Nightly rates are $750 - minimum 3 night stay.
- PROM GROUPS
For prom groups the rate is $9500.00 and a maximum of 20 people for one week. ($400 for each additional person)
or,
$5500 and a maximum of 15 people for 3 nights. ($300 for each additional person)
$1500 Security Deposit which will be returned upon departure.
All tenants must sign Lease Agreement
